🧂 What Is Solé Water?

Solé (pronounced so-lay) is a natural, mineral-rich solution made by dissolving unrefined salt in water until fully saturated. The name comes from the Latin sol (sun), symbolizing the synergy of earth (minerals), water, and light.

This traditional remedy helps replenish essential trace minerals, supports hydration at a cellular level, and encourages natural detoxification.

💡 Why Salt Matters

Telling the general public to avoid salt is some of the worst advice the medical community has ever spread. Contrary to popular belief, natural salt is essential — your body is over two-thirds saltwater by weight. Hospital IV saline contains 9g of salt per liter, yet people are told not to exceed 5g/day in their diet — a contradiction that doesn’t add up when considering our total body composition.

Overhydration with plain water can lead to mineral loss, as the kidneys excrete more salt with excess fluid. Instead, balanced hydration (with minerals) helps the body retain water where it's needed — in your cells.

💧 How to Make Solé Water

You’ll need:

- Unrefined salt (Himalayan pink salt, Celtic sea salt, or Redmond Real Salt)- NOT ionized salt
- Filtered or spring water
- Glass jar with lid

Instructions :

- Fill about ¼ of the jar with salt.
- Add water, leaving 1–2 inches of space at the top.
- Stir and let sit overnight.
- If undissolved salt remains in the morning, the solution is saturated and ready. If not, add more salt and let sit again.

Storage :

No refrigeration needed. Store at room temperature. Salt acts as a natural preservative.

🥤 How to Use Solé Water

- • Take 3 to 4 tablespoons of the sole solution in a ½ Litre of water first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
- Stay hydrated throughout the day — add a pinch of sea salt or the solé water solution to your water if needed.
