Did you know that your body loves you? Some of you may not believe this because you’re sick, in pain or you don’t feel you’re healing from something fast enough. Some of you may have had so many health challenges that you think your body is working against you. But it’s not.

  • Your eyes are watching where you are going, even when you are not so that you don’t trip or fall
  • You have legs to run away from danger
  • You have defences to fight if you need to
  • You have elimination organs to drain out toxins from your body
  • You can sweat when your temperature in your body rises too high, this allows you to adapt to different climates
  • You have natural killer cells that roam around your body to find cancer cells, infected cells and such to keep your body healthy
  • You’re even given a 6th sense that can sometimes sense danger before it even happens to you
