$25 shipping/handling fee (depending on size of shipment). If picking up, please wait for a notification that your order is ready for pick up. Pick-up hours are Monday/Wednesday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Tuesday/Thursday 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Canada Post provides a $100 max. amount for liability coverage. IF you wish to purchase additional coverage for your order, it is available. Full names of BioHeal clients along with their phone numbers, are required. Both families are required to be BioHeal Ottawa clients.

SHIPMENT POLICY:

Domestic Shipments

Our deliveries have a $25 minimum shipment/handling charge per order made through Canada Post (Expedited). If your package exceeds a certain size and weight, additional charges will be applied on the order.


International Shipments

International orders are non-refundable and all sales are final. The shipment/handling charge will be dependent on the location, size and weight of your order. By placing an order on our website, all international clients/customers agree to these terms. Please note that Canada Post does not provide any liability for loss, delay, or damage of packages mailed to destinations outside of Canada


Shipment Processing Times

All Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.


Customs, Duties and Taxes

BioHeal Ottawa is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the client/customer (tariffs, taxes).


Damages and Lost Shipments

BioHeal Ottawa is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged or your package is lost, please let us know and we can help you file a claim to Canada Post for the max. liability coverage ($100). Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
